DeLand’s favorite Halloween tradition returns, where elegance meets the eerie.

For more than a decade, Glamour & Gore has been the costume party everyone is dying to get into. What began as a beloved Rotary Club of DeLand fundraiser in the heart of downtown is now proudly carried on by the Rotaract Club of DeLand, and this year, we’re taking the haunt to the rolling grounds of Honey Acres Ranch again.

Dress glamorous, gory, or somewhere wickedly in between for an evening featuring a heavy hors d’oeuvres buffet to die for, spine-tingling signature cocktails from the open bar, thrilling live entertainers, and a DJ keeping the dance floor alive (well, mostly). Between dances, strike a pose at the photo booth, try your luck at the raffles, indulge in a decadent dessert, or unwind in the cigar lounge, because even ghouls like to relax in style. And don’t miss the costume contest, where the most creative, glamorous, and terrifying looks of the night take home the glory.

But this gala isn’t just glitz and gore; it’s about giving back. Every ticket supports our local charities, scholarship program for graduating high school seniors, and other ingenious ways we can come up with to give back right here in our community, and even some international Rotary projects.
